Arriving by Public Transport

  4. Best Way Downtown
    Take the 100E shuttle bus to Deák Ferenc tér.

  • Price: 2,200 HUF (may change)

  • Buy at the airport or on the bus (card only, no cash)

  • From Deák Ferenc tér, walk 15 minutes via Király Street to the apartment if you have light luggage.

  1. With More Luggage
    For groups or heavy bags, a taxi may be more comfortable.

We do not recommend driving into the city center. Parking is expensive, limited to 3 hours, and only free on Sundays and public holidays.

👉 Best option: Park near the apartment for 1 hour to drop off luggage, then move your car to a cheaper spot outside the city and return by public transport.

Nearby garages can be found on Google Maps, but they are costly.

You will find a PIN Pad right next to the main entrance of the building.
To unlock the gate, simply enter the Building Entry code assigned to you. This code can be found in your Dashboard, under the Gate section.

Please take the stairs to the 2nd floor (equivalent to the 3rd floor in the US). Once you reach the landing, turn to the right and you will see the door marked with the JobelHome Apartments Logo.

Accessibility Notice:

This apartment building does not have an elevator. The stairs are easy to climb, but they are the only access option. If you use a wheelchair or have a serious mobility disability, we kindly recommend choosing a different apartment that better fits your needs as this apartment is not suitable for you.

How do you enter your apartment?

⚠️ Next! unlock your apartment ⚠️

Once accepted, the main door will unlock for 2 minutes. Within this time:

  1. Locate your apartment by checking the name on the door, which matches the name shown in your Dashboard.

  2. Look for the green light above the door — when it turns green, you can push the door open.

As soon as you step inside:

  • The lights will turn on to maximum brightness.

  • The blinds will automatically rise.

  • The door will relock behind you for your security and no one can open it from outside.


    Please note:
    From inside the apartment, the door will always remain openable using a door handle.

    Note for smokers:
    Each time you step out to smoke and the apartment door closes behind you, you’ll need to re-enter your Entry Code on the PIN Pad to get back inside.

You will find your personal Entry Code in your Dashboard.
At your apartment door, enter the code on the PIN Pad and don’t forget to press ✔ (the tick button) to confirm.

How to Exit from your apartment

When you are ready to leave, you will find a switch inside the apartment, located next to the door.

  • Press and hold this switch for 5 seconds.
    If your apartment has the Lighting Panel then simply click it for 5 seconds and if its a Control Panel then click on the "Exit & Arm" button for 5 seconds.

  • This will automatically turn off all lights, close the blinds, and shut down certain electronic devices (such as the cooking plate) for safety.

  • Once activated, the indicator light outside the door will turn red, meaning the apartment is secured and no one can enter.

Arming the apartment

After pressing the switch, you will have 1 minute to leave the apartment. During this time, the apartment is in an arming state. Please make sure to open the door and exit within this period.

  • If you do not leave within 1 minute, a silent alarm will notify support.

  • After the minute passes, the apartment becomes fully armed: all lights and sockets are switched off. The apartment is accessible only if the access code will be entered.

Canceling the Arming Process

Arming takes 1 min.
Exit the apartment during this time.
You can cancel the arming by pressing the lighting panel / control panel "Arm & Exit" icon for 5 seconds.

Feedback

1. All lights in the whole apartment will be switched of.
2. All blends will be closed
3. Ventilation will be allowed on a low and silent level only.
4. All moving sensors will be deactivated, so the lights cannot be switch on because of moving in the bed or apartment in the night.

How can I turn on/off the
lights

There are no keys – the apartment uses a smart system.
To exit, hold your finger on the main touchpad (light switch next to the door) for 5 seconds to lock and alarm the apartment.
When leaving the foyer, simply close the door behind you.
During your stay, codes work only between check-in and check-out times.

How can I open/close the blinds?

After registering, you’ll receive a dashboard link with all your details: booking info, access codes, and smart home control.

You have two ways to manage your apartment:

  1. Loxone App (recommended): Install the app and log in with the username and password from your dashboard.

  2. Web Access: Open the dashboard, click “Control Apartment”, and use the provided login details to access the Loxone smart home page.

From here, you can control heating, lighting, ventilation, sleep mode, and more — all directly from your smartphone.

You can use the smart home controls or you can click the plus and minus on the control panel to change the temperature.

Tap the top right corner of the panel to open the vents.
Tap the bottom right corner to close them.

Touch the top left corner to open them.
Tap again while moving to stop at any position.
