Locate the PIN pad – Each property has a dedicated PIN pad for building entry. The exact location is shown in our guide with pictures for easy reference.
Use your code – The building access code is displayed directly on your guest dashboard once all preconditions are met.
Visual guidance – Our instructions include clear photos showing where the PIN pad is located for each property, so you can enter without delay.

Find the PIN pad – Located right next to your flat door.
Enter your code – Use the access code shown on your guest dashboard.
Press “Done” – After entering the code, press the “Done” button to confirm and unlock the door.
